Allow All Mode

Allow All is TinyShield's least restrictive connection mode. New connections continue without a prompt, unless they match your Block List.

Select the mode button and choose Allow All.

1. Benefits

  • ✅ Keep apps online without approving each new connection.
  • ✅ Continue to monitor apps, domains, IP addresses, and locations.
  • ✅ Keep every enabled Block List rule active.
  • ✅ Troubleshoot whether a stricter mode caused a connection problem.
  • ✅ Use the mode without a TinyShield PRO license.

2. Turn on Allow All

  1. Open TinyShield.
  2. Select the mode button in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Allow All.
  4. Confirm that the button shows Allow in green.

New connections now continue automatically. A connection can still be blocked when its app, domain, wildcard domain, or IP address matches the Block List.

3. Use Allow All safely

  • Review the connection list to learn what each app contacts.
  • Keep the Block List enabled for destinations you do not trust.
  • Add a narrow domain or IP rule before blocking an entire app.
  • Switch to Require Approval when you want to review new apps first.
  • Switch to Block All only after your Allow List contains the access you need.

4. If an app is still blocked

  1. Search for the app and expand its destinations.
  2. Open the Block List.
  3. Look for an app, domain, wildcard, or IP rule that matches the connection.
  4. Remove or disable the rule, then retry the connection.

The Allow List is used by stricter modes. It is not needed to permit normal traffic in Allow All mode.
