Welcome to Tiny Shield, a macOS application developed by Proxyman LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software and services. By downloading, installing, or using Tiny Shield, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Tiny Shield

Tiny Shield is a macOS application that monitors network traffic (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, UDP) and provides the ability to block or stop network connections. The software operates locally on your device using Apple's Network Extension framework.

License Agreement

License Types

We offer two license types for Tiny Shield:

Standard License

  • Price: $39 (one-time payment)
  • Devices: 1 macOS device
  • Features: All premium features included
  • Updates: 2 years of free updates included

Combo License

  • Price: $49 (one-time payment)
  • Devices: 2 macOS devices
  • Features: All premium features included
  • Updates: 2 years of free updates included

Perpetual License Terms

  • One-time Payment: All licenses are perpetual, meaning you pay once and can use the software forever
  • Update Period: Your license includes 2 years of free updates from the purchase date
  • After Update Period: When your update period expires, you can continue using the last version you downloaded with all premium features, but you won't receive further updates
  • No Subscription: There are no recurring fees or subscription requirements

License Activation and Transfer

  • You may activate your license on the number of devices specified in your license type
  • License transfers between devices are allowed - contact us at tinyshield@proxyman.com for assistance
  • Each license is tied to the email address used for purchase
  • You are responsible for keeping your license key secure

Permitted Use

You may use Tiny Shield to:

  • Monitor network traffic on your own devices
  • Block unwanted network connections
  • Analyze application network behavior
  • Secure your personal or business network environment

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use Tiny Shield to monitor networks or devices you don't own or have explicit permission to monitor
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Distribute, share, or resell your license key
  • Use the software for any illegal activities
  • Circumvent any licensing or activation mechanisms

System Requirements and Compatibility

  • Operating System: macOS 15.0 or later
  • Architecture: Intel x64 and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) supported
  • Permissions: System extension installation permissions required
  • Network: Internet connection required for license activation only

Privacy and Data Handling

  • All network monitoring occurs locally on your device
  • No network traffic data is transmitted to our servers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

System Extension and Security

Installation Requirements
